Ekpa sends message to oil companies in Southeast

Popular separatist and Biafra agitator has issued a letter to oil corporations doing business in southeast Nigeria.

This was revealed in a letter on Tuesday to the Oil Producers Trade Section by Ekpa, a lawyer from Finland and the prime minister of the Biafra Government Republic in Exile.

He claims that BRIGIE will defend the southeast’s onshore and offshore oil industries.

He promised the oil businesses in the area complete cooperation and a favorable operating environment.

“The people of Biafra, symbolized by the former Eastern Region of Nigeria, were compelled to meld with other ethnic groups with different orientations, religious beliefs, and cultural practices. With the stipulation that the fusion would be reviewed and rediscussed after one hundred years to dissolve it if any constituent part indicated a desire in leaving the union, the British created and forcibly enforced this amalgamation in 1914. In 2014, the 100-year span came to an end.

“As you are aware from history and current events, the Biafran people were persecuted and murdered in their homes throughout Nigeria in 1966. This led to the establishment of the Republic of Biafra in 1967 and the ensuing genocidal war that Nigeria waged from 1967 to 1970. Over five million Biafrans were also massacred during this time, with a third of them being children who starved to death as a result of Nigeria and her allies’ land, air, and sea embargo of Biafra.

“Today, ISIS, ISWAP, and terrorists with ties to the Taliban carry out the massacres and ethnic cleansing. The Middle Belt and Biafra land have seen an increase in this trend over the past few years, both before and after Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), gave his astounding recital. Despite requests for his unconditional release from the Nigerian courts with appropriate jurisdiction and the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention, he is still imprisoned without a warrant.

You may have also noted that landowners are currently housed in Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps in Nigeria as refugees, and that terrorist marauders are making their way south toward Biafra land. With the ongoing destruction of the Biafra people by the Nigerian State, political emancipation, economic suffocation, forcible disappearance of Biafrans, and the Muslim Muslim President and Vice President, we firmly believe that Nigeria is being Islamized.

“As a result of the aforementioned, the people of BIAFRA have founded the BIAFRA REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT IN EXILE (BRGIE), which is led by Mazi Simon Ekpa as prime minister, in order to call for a referendum through the sponsorship of the United Nations (UN), the European Union (EU), and the African Union (AU). According to the UN Charter on Human and People Right to Self Determination and Freedom of Association, this will allow the people of the old Eastern Region to vote in a peaceful and unhindered manner to choose whether they belong to Nigeria or Biafra.

“Despite what has gone before, Biafrans are not afraid and won’t think twice to defend themselves if necessary. For the impending Self-Referendum for the Biafra people, we have also activated the De Facto Government of Biafra in Homeland, which will work with the Biafra Republic Government in-Exile and other international organizations.

“We are aware of the material and monetary resources that your division has committed to the exploration and production of oil and gas both onshore and offshore Biafra. In light of this, we want to reassure you that: Biafran restoration and independence will not jeopardize your interests and operations in onshore and offshore Biafra; We are willing to enter into agreements with you and to provide you with better operating conditions and a favorable business environment than you currently have under the various operating agreements with Nigeria. I appreciate everyone’s anticipated assistance.

Nigeria’s two largest crude oil producing states are Abia and Imo.
